ECO

We want to make a difference!

It’s no secret the fashion industry is notorious for having a bit of a muddy eco footprint. We’re trying our best to reduce our own mark on the planet.

- PACKAGING
 We currently stock an array of different labels and are yet to go into our own production so therefore have no direct contact with the factories that produce the beautiful pieces we bring to you. Because of this, we have no say in the packaging used to ship these orders to our boutique. Unfortunately, a lot of plastic is still used so we make a conscious effort to reuse as much of this packaging as possible when shipping out your orders. It’s not ideal, but until every factory is on the same page and making eco-friendly changes we will reuse as much as we can of the plastics that are already in rotation. We encourage you to reuse the sleeves your garments come in as much as possible, especially if you need to return an item in your order.

- POSTAGE
We still have a large amount of plastic custom postage satchels that we need to use up (trust me, we’re kicking ourselves as well). We will be making the change to eco-friendly biodegradable satchels for all future orders made after the last plastic satchel is gone. 

- PRODUCTS
We love our brands and have a fantastic relationship with all of our suppliers. A lot of decision making goes into bringing on board new labels, going far beyond the look-books and ranges presented to us. We love labels that are earth conscious and positively contributing to our environment. - PAPER TRAIL
We no longer print our invoices! You’ll have noticed you have not received a paper invoice in with your order, this isn’t an oversight. As soon as an order is made online you receive an automated confirmation email containing a digital invoice, this will be your only invoice as we do not want to print when unnecessary so no longer supply hard copy invoices. We also encourage all our in-store customers to opt for email or text message receipts when purchasing at the counter, instead of the printed copy. (They’re harder to lose too!)
